I saw Inside Out 2 this weekend! I thought they did wonderful at personifying many of the emotions especially anxiety. I know Disney did consulting with leaders in Internal Family Systems for the series so it is both entertaining and a great way for kids (and adults) to better understand and talk about their feelings.
