The Science of Flow

If you are interested as I am in the science of Flow state of mind, I recently posted a talk about Flow by Steven Kotler on my Resources Page. Steven recommends that people regularly do three things to increase the likelihood of entering this flow state: meditate, do a gratitude journal, and exercise 20-40 minutes a day. Flow overlaps with what internal family systems refers to as self energy.
